About this speaker
As the CFO for the entities of the Sarpi Germany Group, Cher is responsible for managing the day to day for the finance, procurement, digital and governance function for the organisation, focused on establishing strong frameworks and structures together with team development.
Cher is a recognised leader, 3 time recipient of a Global Veolia Finance Award covering finance transformation, talent management and post merger integration.
Between 2022 and 2024 Cher was instrumental in the merger of two of the largest waste management organisations in Australia. After completion of this project Cher accecpted an internal mobility offer and took on the opportunity as CFO for Sarpi Germany and related entities.
Cher is passionate about talent development, functional excellence, and currently leads the network for Women at Sarpi Germany.
