With over 27 years in technology and telecommunications across Asia, Chris has driven integration between finance, business, and operations for sustainable growth. An early career as an engineer set a trajectory shift into finance and commercial management, fueled by his passion for numbers and strategic thinking. He managed customer-focused units and regional roles as CFO across Northeast and Southeast Asia. He has led diverse teams, navigating fast-changing market dynamics and gaining firsthand experience in managing the scale of markets like China. Chris transformed the finance role into a strategic powerhouse, leading digital transformation for efficiency and value creation. Chris's academic credentials include Fellowship with FCMA, CGMA Chartered Global Management Accountant, an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management – HKUST, and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Currently as CFO of Networks Software R&D based on Stockholm, he focuses on leading the software transformation of a workforce of over 10,000 to fortify Ericsson's technology leadership and innovation.
