About this speaker
As the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Quincy, MA, I provide direct analysis of all economic and financial forecasting to the Chief Elected Official. I am responsible for building and maintaining the annual budget, the tax rate recap, and the seven-year revenue and expense forecast, which has been recognized by Standard and Poor's for its accuracy. I also serve as the lead internal forecaster and financial advisor for the City's public-private downtown redevelopment and the Opportunity Zone program outreach.
I have a master's degree in economics from WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics, where I also teach Principles of Microeconomics as an adjunct instructor. My educational background and previous roles as an economist and a director of market research have equipped me with strong analytical skills, data analysis skills, and economics knowledge. I am passionate about applying these skills to improve the fiscal health and economic development of the City and its residents.
