Funto Agbeniga is an experienced finance and change leader with 12+ years of experience working in Big 4 and industry, working across Telecoms, Technology, Consumer goods, Transportation, Infrastructure and Private Equity industry sectors
Currently, she is the Head of Commercial Finance and Planning in GB Railfreight. In her role, she leads the financial planning, change management, board reporting and commercial finance initiatives. Prior to this, she has served as a trusted business leader who has helped organisations thrive by transforming their finance systems and processes across Europe, Asia and the US.
She recently undertook a leadership programme with the Said Business School, an ACCA Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Lagos. Funto is passionate about developing others and giving back. She served as the Treasurer with Citizens Advice Bedfordshire and volunteers as a mentor for a foremost London charity.
