Ian qualified as an ACMA in 1995, since then working in senior finance roles mainly in the Medical Industry & NHS. For 4 ½ years before joining Glaukos, he took over as MD of a Medical Distributor, after helping the owners sell to a PE company. Since 2020, Ian has been Sr Director, Finance & Sales Ops - EMEAI for a $5.5billion US Medical company. With EMEAI growth over 20% per year, he recently brought logistics in house, setting up a Distribution Centre in Germany, employing 15 staff, which in 2025 will ship c30,000 orders to over 40 different countries.
