James has over 20 years’ experience within the Treasury teams of London & Sydney headquartered multi-nationals, providing solutions to a wide range of funding, liquidity and financial risk management challenges.
James is a qualified corporate treasurer (MCT & CertBALM) and a qualified accountant (CGMA). He is a former member of the UK’s Risk-Free Rate Transition Task Force and a technical contributor to the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He is also a member of the UK’s Asset & Liability Management Association (ALMA)
James established Corium Treasury in 2018. It draws on his extensive experience and a global network of professionals, to help businesses identify their financial risks, formulate appropriate responses and to successfully navigate these risks. Recent engagements include: DCM consultant to a leading securities’ market maker; 360 Treasury Review and Road Map creation for UK retail giant; FX Risk Review for Mainstream Renewable Power; and LIBOR transition lead for Landsec Plc.
Prior to Corium, James primarily worked with British American Tobacco, UGL-DTZ and Deloitte’s in Amsterdam, London and Sydney.
