Jenny Garnham

Jenny has 30 years’ experience in FP&A and Finance Partnering since qualifying with KPMG and has a varied career covering manufacturing, financial services, care home/housing associations, a pharmaceutical start-up and the NHS.

Despite the different issues affecting these industries she has found that the principles of offering FP&A support have remained consistent – curiosity about the operational drivers, building cross-functional relationships with financial and non-financial managers and providing both support and constructive challenge. Throughout it all she has always used the available systems (including Excel) to automate and improve the efficiency of the preparation of the numbers so that more time can be spent on providing value added analysis and insight.
