She most recently served as the CFO of BeautyHealth (SKIN), a high-growth medical technology company harmonizing the beauty and medical aesthetics industries with its flagship brand, Hydrafacial. During the three years at BeautyHealth, she led the company’s Nasdaq listing process, raised nearly $1B capital, completed six acquisitions, and built out the commercial infrastructure across 15 direct countries, including manufacturing in China. During tenure, Liyuan oversaw finance, information technology, operations and M&A.
