Working with a varied portfolio of clients Malcolm qualified (ICAEW) with Deloitte, later moving to EY (client service director, London) advising CFOs and the senior finance leadership of listed multi-national organisations. His particular focus was on complex groups with global scale undergoing strategic change and renewal, finance transformation, complex transactions and readiness for new regulations. Malcolm works collaboratively across commercial, finance, tax, treasury, audit committee and board stakeholders.
