Neal Sangani is a corporate finance leader specializing in M&A, most notably serving leadership roles at Passport Parking, Sonablate and Meduit. After a couple successful exits, Neal formed Laurelin Capital to provide fractional M&A consulting and direct investment in early-stage companies including ChatFin and SleepSpace.
Neal built the foundation of his career in equity research at Goldman Sachs and investment banking at Wells Fargo. Neal earned his bachelor’s from NYU Stern with a major in finance and minor in philosophy.
Outside work Neal enjoys golf, sci-fi and fantasy, and skiing.
