Niels Behrensen is Chief Financial Officer at Danfoss Climate Solutions, heading the segment Finance & Controlling activities as well as Logistics, Quality and Digital. He is driving financial transparency, predictability and high performance in the Danfoss Climate Solutions segment for almost 7 years with focus in productivity, strategic planning, profit and (working) capital optimisation with a growth mindset. Prior to his current role, he has been working in several Finance functions, Procurement, Business Development, IT, leading M&A and divestments, with a data-driven decision-making approach. A high performing, willing and developing team is key for success.
