In this role, Pamela collaborates with global clients to drive revenue, ensure client satisfaction and that client contract obligations are met and to mitigate risks through robust internal frameworks and controls. Pamela leverages data-driven decision-making, strategy and scenario planning, and strategic integration of technology and responsible AI, to navigate the complexities of the digital age effectively, ensuring compliance in an ever-evolving landscape, and maintaining a competitive edge by delivering actionable insights.
Pamela’s expertise in forming relationships, leveraging technology, data and automation for success, elevating compliance and legal processes, guiding brands, negotiating contracts, crafting and closing large deals, and recommending creative solutions has been a cornerstone of her career.
Pamela began working as an attorney at Mendes & Mount LLP for the first eight years of her career, representing insurers of financial institutions, after which she transitioned to in-house legal and business affairs roles, including Microsoft and American Express where her focus was on commercial contracts, strategy, negotiations and deal structuring.
As a legal counsel, business partner, and trusted advisor, she has worked with numerous large organizations driving global revenue growth while balancing risk and fostering strong relationships.
Residing in New York City, Pamela is an avid runner, marathoner, yogi, cyclist, and triathlete. She also has a passion for travel and animal rescue.
