Richard Hayler

With 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and consulting, Richard is the Group CFO of Firebolt Group Inc, an experience economy company. He also sits on the Standards Review Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), where he is the Chair of the ESG subcommittee and member of the AI/Data subcommittee. Richard has more than 20 industry awards, including Future of Finance 50 in his first Group CFO role and from Who's Who Legal for his earlier work as a forensic accountant and finance expert witness. He is a regular public speaker on finance, ESG and related topics.
