Shruti is a seasoned Corporate Strategy and Business Finance Leader. Her experience spans multiple Fortune 100 companies across countries and industries.
During her 18-year corporate career, she led teams and initiatives across a wide spectrum of industries and functions – Consulting, Corporate Strategy, M&A and Business Finance. Some of her marquee work includes shaping the investment philosophy (>$5bn investment) for worldwide marketing in Amazon, building out the finance function for a $1B business in Middle East, spearheading formulation of growth strategy for Novelis ($11B company) through foray into new spaces and launching Aditya Birla Bizlabs in India – an Accelerator for one of India’s biggest diversified conglomerates.
She is currently the Finance Head for Worldwide Managed Spend Business and Worldwide Pricing, within Amazon Business.
Shruti is also an ICF certified Leadership coach and a certified Positive Intelligence coach.
